We will be reading and discussing two chapters this week. We will start with chapter 15 on Monday and Tuesday and finish with chapter 17 on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
Students were given the study guide for their final exam on Friday 4/27. Below is a copy of the guide to help them prepare. Students will not be able to use notes or books for the final.

Our focus this week is on chapter 14. We will be reading and discussing in class and will have a review quiz on Friday (15 points)
Friday the students will receive their study guide for our final exam, May 15th. The exam is worth 195 points.

Due to AIMS we will not have a true "test" on chapter 13, but we will use the normal test as a review tool and it will only be worth 15 points>
Monday 4/9: Introduction to chapter 13, Read the Silk Road pg. 406-409 questions 1-3
Tuesday 4/10 No class due to field trip
Wednesday 4/11 Ch 13-1 Read and answer questions 1-4 in review section and complete vocabulary
Thursday 4/12 Determining a Point of View pg. 418-419, q 1-3 and worksheet # 112
Friday 4/13 Ch. 13-2 read and complete vocabulary

This week we will be doing a series of lessons on economics. Some of the lessons include creating a budget, writing a check, determining what is a need verses what is a want.
Friday we will take the 50 states test. This test is worth 100 points.
