This week we start chapter 6.
Monday: Read 6-1, complete vocabulary and worksheet 53/54
Tuesday: Discuss chapter 6-1 and orally answer chapter questions
Wednesday: Page 186-187, questions 1-5 and w/s 55
Thursday: Read 6-2, complete vocabulary and w/s 56
Friday: Class discussion on ch. 6-2 answer questions in class.

Week of 10/24-10/28

We will have a quick, one week study on the Indus Valley, Huang He Valley and the Mesoamerican civilizations. We will be doing a variety of in class assignments on this chapter, but there will not be a test. However, there will be a pop quiz on day on the USA map. I will be giving USA pop quizzes throughout the rest of the year.

Chapter 6:
Monday: Indus Valley
Tuesday: Haung He Valley
Wednesday: Map work
Thursday: Map work
Friday: Mesoamerica

10/11 Essay test for chapter 4
** Students that are absent on test days have 1 school week after original test date to make up the test. If they are not made up within one week students will receive a zero for their score**
10/12 Review Geography of USA. Students will receive study maps
10/17 Quiz on Western Region
10/18 Quiz on Middle West Region
10/19 Quiz on South Eastern Region
10/20 Quiz on North Eastern Region
10/21 Quiz on ENTIRE USA
